Slowly but surely, the contractor is working his way down through the house, finishing things off.
Upstairs, the carpets have been installed, the walls and ceilings decorated, and the bathrooms nearly completed. Wardrobes have been installed, and all the services throughout the house are running. The kitchen is in, and now we are waiting only on the internal fire doors on the ground floor, and some minor snags.
It is likely that we will be back here only after the defects liability period has lapsed and the weather ready for photos…
